Can I return skincare products of they’ve not been opened?

The simple answer is, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products. This policy is commonplace and ensures the safety and freshness of products for all customers. For unopened items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt.

What if my skincare product causes an allergic reaction?

We always recommend patch testing before using ANY NEW COSMETICS product to avoid allergic reactions. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using the product immediately. You maybe eligible for a refund or exchange if the product is for some reason defective or it caused an unexpected reaction in your case. Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance.

Can I return part of a skincare bundle deal?

Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on part of a bundled deal. I f one product is opened or used, the entire bundle is non-returnable. This policy ensures fairness, especially when items are discounted as part of a bundle.

What happens if my skincare order is delayed due to a “force majeure” event?

A “force majeure” event is extremely rare and includes things like natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics that are beyond our control. If such an event causes a delay in your order, we will do our very best to notify you and resume normal shipping as ASAP! Refunds may not be available for delays caused by these events if we are able to get the delayed item(s) to you. We’d kindly ask for your cooperation during such a rare event.

Can I return International Orders?

Yes, you certainly can but return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer, as well as any duties, taxes or costs. Products must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Please note that you need to initiate a returns procedure by contacting Customer Service at refundme@canarioplus.com before commencing with any other steps, photographs maybe required. Customs charges and duties are non-refundable.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes! It is something we’re proud of! We offer not only cruelty-free and vegan skincare products but have sought out high-quality accreditations from reputable organisations to back it up. You can also find this information in our product descriptions, ingredient lists, and Re-Order page by scanning your QR code on our packaging, and on our website.

Do your products comply with UK/EU regulations?

Yes, all of our products meet strict and stringent EU and UK cosmetics regulations. This includes thorough safety testing, proper labelling, and following all guidelines regarding advertising and product claims.

What about products containing CBD or Hemp Seed derivatives?

Our innovative approach to skincare means we supply products at the cutting edge of skincare and such do offer All-In-One Eye Cream and other products containing hemp seed or CBD. Please note that you may not be able to purchase these items in certain jurisdictions, such as the middle east for example. Nevertheless, these items are certified and meet strict UK/EU regulations and manufactured with innovative technology to use on your skin.
