All our CBD skincare products comply with UK and EU regulations. The cannabidiol (CBD) used in our products is derived from legally sourced industrial hemp, containing less than 0.2% THC, in compliance with UK law. For EU customers, products adhere to relevant EU regulations. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.*

 Purpose: To inform customers that your products are legal and compliant under UK/EU laws, and distinguish CBD from THC, the psychoactive component.

2. Health and Safety Information
 
CBD skincare products are intended for topical use only and should not be ingested. Please consult with a healthcare professional before using CBD products, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Discontinue use immediately if irritation or allergic reactions occur, and seek medical advice.*

 Purpose: To make it clear that the product is for external use only and to advise users on potential interactions with medical conditions or medications.

3. Age Restrictions

Our CBD products are only available for purchase by customers over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. This differs from our other Cosmetics, where a customer must be 18 years of age to purchase our skincare products but they are suitable for anybody over the age of 12. Purpose: Many countries, including the UK and EU, impose age restrictions on CBD product sales. This ensures you're compliant and prevents sales to minors.

4. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Our CBD skincare products comply with all UK and EU cosmetic safety regulations. Products are tested for quality, safety, and legal compliance, and they contain no more than 0.2% THC as required by law. By purchasing our CBD products, you agree that you have reviewed your own local laws to ensure you are compliant when purchasing these items.*

8. Customs and Shipping Disclaimer (International Sales)

Customers outside the UK and EU are responsible for ensuring that their CBD skincare products comply with local customs laws and regulations. We are not responsible for any items confiscated or delayed due to customs issues in your country. Refunds will not be issued for orders seized by customs.*

9. THC Content Disclaimer
 
All CBD products contain less than 0.2% THC, as legally required in the UK and EU. While this is a negligible amount, users should be aware that some drug tests may detect trace amounts of THC. We cannot guarantee that CBD use will not result in a positive drug test.*

10. Returns and Refunds Policy for CBD Products

 Due to the nature of CBD skincare products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened items unless the product is defective. If you experience an adverse reaction to our CBD products, please contact customer service within 30 days for assistance.*

11. Shipping Restrictions
 
We currently only ship CBD products to locations where CBD is legal. It is the customer's responsibility to check local laws regarding the importation and use of CBD products in their country or region. We do not ship to countries or regions where CBD is restricted or prohibited.*

12. Liability Limitation

 We are not responsible for any adverse effects experienced from the use of CBD skincare products beyond our control. All product information provided is accurate to the best of our knowledge, but the use of CBD products is at the customer's own risk. Always follow the recommended usage instructions.*
